General Responsibilities: The Associate Consultant
is responsible for assisting with the execution and delivery of planned
project deliverables and applying software or process improvement
methodologies. The Consultant typically has task responsibility within
one project and possesses solid technical and general consulting
skills. The Consultant keeps management informed of progress made on
assignments, potential risks and solutions.

Education and Experience

• BS in CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of programming experience
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• Minimum 1 year experience using C
• 2-3 years of Java programming using the following:
  • Solid understanding of Java/J2SDK
  • Web Programming using Servlet
  • Developing JUnits and writing TestScripts / TestDrivers will be a big plus

These additional skills are a plus:

• Knowledge of SOA and any WebServices development experience
• Good understanding of OpenSource Frameworks like Spring, Log4j
• Knowledge of Digital Certificates and Java Security Features
• Experience in deploying web applications using IBM WebSphere would be a big plus
